This policy applies to all digital products sold through our website, including software, e-books, templates, courses, audio files, and other downloadable content.

Understanding Digital Products Why Refunds Differ

Digital products are fundamentally different from physical goods. Once downloaded or accessed, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This is why our refund policy is more restrictive than you might find for physical products.

Key Consideration: When you purchase a digital product, you are buying a license to use that product, not a physical item that can be shipped back to us.

When You ARE Eligible for a Refund

Refund Request Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within:

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Go to Order History in your account dashboard
  3. Find the order and copy order number you want to request a refund for
  4. Send an email to "

  5. Please include date of purchase, product name and provide a detailed reason for your refund request
  6. Attach any evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Processing Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Defective or Corrupted Products

If you receive a defective or corrupted file, please contact us immediately. We offer two solutions:

  • Replacement: We will provide you with a new download link for a working version of the product
  • Full Refund: If a working version cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund

To report a defective product, please include:

  • Order number and product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
  • Your operating system and software versions

Note: Most technical issues can be resolved with our support team. Please contact us before requesting a refund for technical problems.

Wrong Product Received

If you received the wrong product, we will immediately:

  • Provide you with the correct product at no additional cost
  • Or issue a full refund if the correct product is not available

Please report wrong product deliveries within 48 hours of purchase to ensure quick resolution.

Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

In case of billing errors or duplicate charges:

  • We will refund any incorrect or duplicate charges in full
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please provide your PayPal transaction ID when reporting billing issues

Important: Billing errors should be reported within 60 days of the transaction date.

Product Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products. However, you may:

  • Request a refund (if eligible) and purchase a different product
  • Contact us for store credit options (case-by-case basis)

Store credit, if offered, is valid for 12 months and can be used for any product on our website.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order ONLY if:

  • You have not yet downloaded the product
  • You have not accessed the product (for online courses/content)

To cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, cancellations are not possible.

Note: Orders are processed automatically. Cancellations are only possible if we catch the order before the automated delivery system sends the download links.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback through PayPal or your credit card company should be a last resort. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first.

Important: If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account may be permanently suspended
  • You will lose access to all purchased products
  • Legal action may be taken in cases of fraudulent chargebacks
